Had a great experience getting my 2026 Hyundai Tucson ceramic coated. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I really appreciated all of the updates and photos throughout the process. He took the time to explain things, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable trusting my new car in his hands. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and making sure customers are happy. He was professional, detail-oriented, and even went the extra mile with additional attention to high-impact areas. Great customer service and I appreciate all the care that went into the process!

John had previouly done my wife's 2026 Toyota Highlander. She really loves the time and effort involved indoing a job like this right. After i saw the results, I knew my Dodge Charger was next. I dropped "Lola" off on Sunday, looking good, but due for a makeover.

We picked her up yesterday evening, John held back on sensding picture updates of his peogress. When i picked her up yesterday i was overwhelmed. She looked marvelous. So clean, so shiny, I loved it.

I posted a few photos. 4 before and 8 after. Not the best, but you see the difference. Mahalo John, job well done. I wish I got a before of the engine bay.

Omg..I had the greatest experience! John explained multiple times what he would be doing..showing me pictures...if you need a anything call him because this is not the last time I'm seeing him...I told him he's seeing me at least quarterly..the best experience

We booked a three-year ceramic coating service in December 2025 and from the very beginning, John was very responsive and open to what we wanted and our car needs. My car was an absolute nightmare. He got it clean and spotless before my car needed to be turned in for pcs. Would recommend to any service members looking to get their car detailed before ets/pcs. I thought i wasn't ever gonna be able to get 3 years worth of sand out of my carpets but he did it and for a fair price for the work that he did.

John came in clutch by helping me with my three year-old trucks that needed a new ceramic coating. My truck looked brand new.
I also had an issue with the air-conditioning leaking into my cabin. He was able to extract out all the water, deep clean the carpets and now the interior of my truck is super clean and smells perfect. He treated my truck as if it was his own. Cleaning all of the door jams and every nook and cranny of the exterior and interior of my car.

I had a great experience with John. He strives for perfection, and he really delivers. My car is so shiny after having the ceramic coating done! Rain slides right off because of how smooth and shiny my car is! When my car gets dirty, it’s easy to wipe it down to clean it.

Our experience with Kuruma Detailing Studio, from the initial consultation to picking up the car, was excellent. John is knowledgeable and professional. John kept us informed throughout the ceramic treatment process on our Silverado Z71 Trail Boss. The final result was impressive, with an incredible depth of color and a perfect finish! I highly recommend John from Kuruma Detailing Studio for your ceramic coating and detailing needs. Excellent Service! John is accommodating, prompt, honest, friendly, professional and very detailed.

He did an awesome job with ceramic coating the outside and inside of my 2025 RAV4. Five stars all around!

It’s now so easy to maintain the cleanliness of my vehicle, just wipe off any dirt with a damp microfiber and it’s clean.

Water just beads off the vehicles paint and windows, so cool.

John, kept me well informed during entire process of ceramic coating my vehicle.

I’m truly grateful for his hard work and dedication to putting protectants on my RAV4. Thank you very much.

At the Kuruma Detail Studio John is an artist who specializes in his auto detailer craft. His attention to detail, professionalism and passion for automobiles and quality service is what I wanted in someone to care for my SUV. He uses top notch materials like distilled water to wash cars, auto clay from Japan, commercially developed ceramic coating ( not over the counter stuff ). We are so happy with our car. We ceramic coated the car and coated the inside as well. John was so easy to work with and very accommodating. He will treat your car like his own which I really appreciated. I will definitely continue to work with John to keep our car looking great.

John detailed and ceramic coated both our new Toyota Signia and our older Highlander. Our Highlander is 6 years old but John made it look brand new again. We are so happy with his work. John always does above and beyond. We will always go back to him for our vehicle care.

John did the ceramic coating on the front end of my 2003 Tacoma after an accident I had and it came out looking like new. He also brought out the rest of the old coating on the rest of the truck and everything looks great. He’s very honest and does a great job . Highly recommended.

I recently upgraded from my 15 year old car to a big SUV being in my mom era and knew that I needed to have it protected because…kids. My sticky, germy, oops I spilled all over the car kine kids. They were not allowed to eat in the new car until I had it protected. John spent the time to explain the difference in packages and helped me decide on which one was best suited for my car based on how I would be using and caring for my car after I took it home. I decided to have it ceramic coated on both the exterior and interior.

John pays meticulous attention to detail and went above and beyond my expectations. He kept me informed of his progress throughout the process and shared his knowledge with me about caring for my car. He is well worth the time and investment since my car came back to me looking better than when I drove it off the lot! We will be coming back for maintenance care with John. 10/10 work, highly recommend him for your auto detailing needs!

Was on a hunt for a good place to have my new truck ceramic coated. Ended up bringing it to John (owner) who is very knowledgeable and answers all of your questions in detail. Great customer service! If you’re looking for someone who pays a lot of attention to detail, Kuruma Detailing Studio is the place to go. John uses quality products and provides different packages for ceramic coating and explains all of the options, again, in detail.

John also coated my leather interior and it came out great. Highly recommend Kuruma Detailing Studio for all of your auto detailing needs.

Took my week old Tesla model S to John for a ceramic coating. I honestly didn't think my car could be any nicer than what it was. But when I picked it up, I was blown away!!! My car was immaculate!! His work shows his attention to detail and the pride that he takes in producing a flawless product!! His customer service and communication are really second to none!! He's also one of the nicest, easy going guy to work with. Can't thank him enough for the work he did!!

Wonderful work that came in clutch!! We had a VPC appointment the next day to ship our car on military orders to the mainland and of course that comes with a lot of requirements for cleanliness both inside and out to pass inspection and he really nailed it!! We had a seamless inspection and comments on how clean everything was! Would 100000% recommend, as there is expertise here for a price you can’t find anywhere else! Peace of mind while PCS’ing or moving off island?? Priceless.

Highly recommend John from Kuruma Detailing! We just bought a brand new 2024 Toyota Sienna & we knew the importance of having it ceramic coated. Our sales lady recommended John and his company. From the very initial encounter I had with John, we were so impressed. John replied fast & he was very informative, which we appreciated! He was able to fit us in the same week that we inquired! Fast forward to our appointment day, when we dropped off the car, he made sure to ask us if we had any questions regarding the process and let us know that if we ever had any concerns or questions that he would be able to address them at any time. Our service took about 3 days and every day John has taken the initiative to give us an “update” on our car and what he has done so far. We thought that was so nice of him to do and appreciated that he kept us in the loop the whole time. When we picked up our van we were so impressed! He did an amazing job with our ceramic coat & we can’t wait to fully test it out in rain lol! He also offered to do our interior coating and we definitely need that with our 2 kids! We loved that our experience didn’t just stop there, he made sure to reach out to us after we picked up the van to see if things were good and to let us know that if we ever had any questions or concerns that we may reach out to him! Upon meeting John, he fully explained his services/prices and he mentioned that he could remove the small scratches from the roof and hood. After picking up the car we found that he did an amazing detailing job, perfectly applied the ceramic coat, and completely removed “all” the scratches! The car was in better condition than when we drove it off of the showroom floor a year ago. John’s painstaking attention to detail, his level of professionalism and customer service, and his knowledge of auto care and auto care products are simply incredible! I’ve been around cars for several decades, but I’ve never seen someone who is not only thoroughly knowledgeable about his craft, but just as important, he provides the highest level of service and care to his customers! We cannot speak more highly of him…and truly have nothing negative to say about him as well! He’s the real deal!

I recently had my car detailed at Kuruma Detail Studio, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. John is knowledgeable and friendly, explaining each step of the process clearly

My car looks better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. The interior detailing was well taken car and made sure he didn’t throw away anything important, he bagged it just in case there was something important in there.

The pricing was fair for the level of service provided, and they completed the job in a timely manner as promised. I highly recommend going to John to anyone looking to give their car that showroom shine again. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received with Kuruma Detailing Studio. My daughter had just moved and scratched the side of my Lexus with her black bed frame. Not only did Johnny get the black off, but also buffed out the scratches. That's just the exterior! The interior was immaculately cleaned... I felt as if I stepped into a brand new car. If you love your car as much as I love mine, give it some love by calling John at Kuruma Detailing Studio. Buying a new car was a huge investment for me so I have it taken care of well by this business. At least once a month for two years, my car has been detailed and comes home looking brand new right out of the showroom. My car is red and I get compliments all the time on how great it looks.
I’ve had an amazing experience with this company, the customer service is outstanding. John picks up my car and then returns it a few hours later. No situation is too large or small for Kuruma to take care of.
I’ve been really impressed with the quality of work. He has also put a ceramic coating on the interior, which is extremely helpful with my dog and going to the beach.
I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work at reasonable prices and excellent service. Jon goes above and beyond!!
